Kevin Sefton

Kevin Sefton

CEO & Co-Founder

A serial entrepreneur with a background as a chartered tax advisor, Kevin has launched several tech businesses, including an internet payments business way before internet payments were much of a thing. He has a knack for finding imaginative solutions to tricky problems. Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Loves white boards, taking strolls, baking bread and riding his unicycle while wearing medieval armour.

Marcus Tettmar

Marcus Tettmar

CTO & Co-Founder

When it comes to tech there’s not much Marcus can’t turn his hand to. He’s not an accountant, but probably knows more about taxes than he’d care to admit. He co-founded a dot com business with Kevin back in the early 2000s and launched his own RPA technology with clients including NASA, Microsoft and BBC. These days some call it Full Stack Development. Marcus is more modest, and calls it Slave of All, Master of None.

Paul Loberman

Paul Loberman

Chief Product Officer

A digital banking and fintech expert (someone said it on the internet, so it must be true), Paul originally stumbled into a career as an accidental banker. He spent early, pre-internet days, working in a bank and providing phone support to customers––and yes, his parents thought he was wasting his law degree! His fascination with technology led him to work across the globe, building digital products and teams at both Santander and HSBC, maintaining his focus on always helping customers. Paul’s superpowers are tenpin bowling and telling dad jokes. Shares a wardrobe with Jon.

Richard Mann

Richard Mann

Chair

Cool, calm and collected, nothing ever fazes Richard. A serial entrepreneur, mentor and investor, Richard started his journey back in the 90s doing blue chip mergers and acquisitions and has gone on to launch and grow a number of successful tech companies, including one with Kevin, Marcus and Paul. Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a true polymath, he’s just as comfortable coding a neural net in Python as he is negotiating his next business exit!
